Estelle McDonald is an innovative and collaborative strategic leader, combining vision, an analytical perspective with proven strategic execution experience. She has over 20 years’ experience in strategy, organisational transformation, and business development in rapidly changing for purpose environments.

Estelle brings a unique blend of extensive for purpose consulting as Client Director and Non-Profit Lead as well as community services Executive experience in developing sustainable solutions to the strategic and growth challenges in the health and aged care, disability, family, children and member-based services sectors.

Working together with CEOs, Executive Teams and Boards, she has developed organisational, business and growth strategies and provided trusted advisory services in new service design, strategy implementation, business development and organisational transformation.
